Order Cancellation

  • Cancellation requests will be considered only if they are made immediately after placing the order.
  • Once an order has been processed, dispatched, or communicated to our vendors/merchants for shipment, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
  • Orders for perishable goods such as flowers, food items, and similar products cannot be cancelled. However, if the delivered product is damaged, defective, or of unsatisfactory quality, a refund or replacement may be considered after verification.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Please contact our Customer Support within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Our team will coordinate with the merchant or supplier to verify the issue.
  • Upon successful verification, we will arrange a replacement or process a refund, as applicable.

Incorrect Product

If the product you receive is significantly different from what was displayed on our website or does not meet your reasonable expectations:

  • Notify our Customer Support within 7 days of delivery.
  • After reviewing your complaint, we will determine the most appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, exchange, or refund.

Manufacturer Warranty

Products covered by a manufacturer’s warranty should be addressed directly with the respective manufacturer. Warranty claims are subject to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions.

Refund Processing

Once your refund request has been approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 9–15 business days.
  • The refunded amount will be credited through the original payment method or any other approved method, depending on the circumstances.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.

Gift Returns

If the purchased item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you:

  • You will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the returned product.
  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, a gift certificate will be issued.

If the item was not marked as a gift, or the gift purchaser received the item before giving it to you:

  • The refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

  • Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning products.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • If a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from the refunded amount.
  • Delivery times for exchanged products may vary depending on your location.
  • For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
